GOAL

The Citizenship Lab project was born in collaboration with the Mutualistic Association of Santa Maria di Esmoriz (PT), as part of the Erasmus+ program of the European Union, with the aim of improving the methodologies of reception and accompaniment of new citizens, favoring its social, economic and working inclusion.

The project focuses on the analysis and application of the social accompanying models for adults Promoted by Exar, with particular attention to the paths intended for migrants and refugees in the field of professional training and work.

Among the planned activities:

  • International presentation and networking events
  • Training in Turin through a program of support to the Exar and Liberitutti activities for the exchange of good practices
  • Training of operators and operators in Portugal on shared methodologies adapted to the local context.
  • Creation of a multilingual tool for new citizens, with information and useful advice for access to the world of work and training.
  • Evaluation of the impact of the project and the results obtained.
  • Content dissemination plan, through traditional and digital channels.
